I'll say one thing I've noticed and wonder if anyone else has:

For the past few days, fewer locked messages are getting sent, and messages that are sent are to message back for a video. Also, there was a short video clip sent out that had DRM protection. Anyone else notice?

I say all this because it either seems like they've changed tactics or maybe went with another agency. If I had to guess, it's probably to better control leaks and sales - possibly because they are losing some relevance. But who knows...all just my speculation.

i have never been subscribed to them, so idk what it's like inside. if they've changed strategy to reduce leaks, i think it's working because videos have not been coming out as much as they used to.

...and there are ways to download DRM protected videos (this is coming from someone who, until last month, couldn't download DRM videos). i have since downloaded locked DM videos and feed posts and it's super simple

Yup, I'm definitely aware of the methods to bypass DRM. This was more of a heads-up to others. It's not going to be as simple and straightforward for casual fans to share. But ultimately, it's just a speed bump. I wish more creators would simply accept this and lean into the free publicity that comes from these communities.

I think many creators/agencies are heading in this direction of higher prices to a smaller group of buyers. The reduced amount of buyers makes it a bit easier to keep track of accounts that leak but most importantly, the bigger spenders are much less likely to share the content. I've been noticing this trend with the creators I sub to. I've also noticed a slow down in quality content been shared for smaller and medium sized creators and also bigger creators in some cases. I think it's just been an inevitable evolution of the OF marketplace.
