For your original problem, do you have any attention activated (sageattention, flashattention, etc)?

For your second problem, you need to mask the frame in the Preview Bridge (Image) Node. It's set up so that it stops when theres no masks.


Your GPU and RAM should work. You might need to use a lower GGUF model though.

Could you share an example?

So LTX2 technically doesn't have a true reference image like how VACE does. I did a workaround essentially injecting the reference image into the control images at it's mask index. This means that whatever reference image you end up using, it will need to match the pose and size of the starting image. I suggest grabbing the first frame of your input video, make your edits to that first frame, then use that as the reference image.

Thanks. I actually plan to use a nude image of the one in the video, as I prefer wan 2.2 for undressing as i see it has more realistic breast.

I used this workflow for the first time but I didn't get a final result. It made, what seems, a perfect mask but didn't produce a final video. It also took 6h to run.

Have you checked on you output folder? I used it before once and it took me 36min for 40 seconds of video but it was missing. I tried it a couple of times more and nothing. So later I found one of those videos I tried to make in my output folder.
